Our Founder

Mr Yuku NG
Yuku Ng is the founder of Storage Select (迷你倉‧一網全搜), Airbare (空搜網) and TripOptimizer (旅優), who was the former Assistant Regional Headquarters Director (Information and Technology Training) of Scout Association of Hong Kong Kowloon Region. Having over 20 years of experience in IT Research and Development in the tourism industry, Yuku understands the pain point of the industry, so he utilized his IT knowledge to improve the convenience and flexibility: running data analysis platforms, providing product comparison, system integration, B2C and B2B communication channels.
In 2001, Yuku and friends have founded a Technology Company, unfortunately the business has been severely affected by the financial crisis in 2003 and 2008. Inspired by numerous air fare aggregator in 2013, Yuku started to create his own program for medium-sized travel agencies. Fare aggregator for storage [Storage Select (迷你倉‧一網全搜)] and air fare [Airbare (空搜網)] were published in 2016 and 2017 respectively, which the latter one has earn the reward of “Hong Kong Smart City Awards 2018 in Smart Economy”. In 2019, TripOptimizer (旅優), Hong Kong’s first comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for travel agencies, was launched.
Mr Dr. Fai Chan
Fai is a self motivated and energetic person with over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. As a seasoned professional in the field, he is specialized in developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in highly competitive markets.
He hold a Doctorate in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he gained a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of the tourism industry. Throughout his career, he have worked with a diverse range of clients and partners, including airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other key players in the travel ecosystem.
In his current role at Travelport, he is responsible for overseeing sales activities and leading a business development team in the Greater China region, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Fai is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and support to his clients, and he always strives to go above and beyond in delivering outstanding results.
