Terms & Conditions

1. Course quota is limited and seats will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis to those who have completed the application procedure.

2. The course schedule may be subject to change, details will be announced on the website.

3. Once an applicant is admitted, the relevant tuition fees cannot be transferred to others. Tuition fees paid will not be refunded unless the course is cancelled.

4. Only the applicant can attend the course, no substitutions or sit in is allowed.

5. Our Academy reserves the right to reject any application in any circumstances and for whatever reasons. Payment of fees should only be construed as conditional acceptance of application.

6. If the applicant is absent from class, there will be no make-up classes.

7. For special course arrangements approved by the Academy at its discretion, the Academy will charge additional administrative fees.

8. The Academy reserves the right to replace the trainer and/or amend the contents, venue and/or time as may be necessary.

9. In case of refund, our Academy will notify individually and arrange the refund accordingly.
10. Refund payment will be arranged in Cheque within one month.

11. The Academy shall not be liable to any party for any loss or damage to your property or any property in your possession in the course of engaging with us or participating in courses as arranged by our Academy.

12. Student who fulfills 70% attendance in a course will receive an certificate of attendance after course completion with no charge. We accept application within 2 years upon course completion but not thereafter.

13. Student should keep the original official receipt until the end of course. Our Academy shall not reissue / reprint official receipt after course completion.

14. In case of typhoon or adverse weather, special class arrangement will be announced on website or Whatsapp Group.

15. Personal Data provided in the application form will be used by the Academy for the purposes relating to application and admission. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

16. The Academy reserves the right to make the final decision on any matter related to the course.
